gazebo, with direct access to the open kitchen, including a built-in charcoal barbecue. This
open roofed area provides shade to retreat to during the heat of the day, as well as the
convenience of remaining outdoors during a heavy rainfall. It offers plenty of space for setting
up a dining and/or lounging area, rocking chairs, and hammocks. A guest bathroom and
laundry room are just around the corner.
The property also comes with a swimming pool which enjoys a calming ocean view and that
of the gorgeous gardens.

A lovely and very reliable couple is living in the house at the front of the property. They take
care of maintaining the grounds and cook for the owners and their guests during their stays
in Coyote. While it is of course up to the potential buyer to hire them, we do highly
recommend them as they have been hard-working and loyal staff for years.  

Close to the caretakers’ house is a garage which lends itself as storage space. An outdoor
area for parking with space for four cars is also found next to the caretakers’ house.

A ten minute drive from the property takes you to the quaint little town of San Francisco de
Coyote. Here you can find a couple of small grocery stores, a hardware store, an Internet
Café and a few simple, local restaurants. Not far away are some of the more touristy and
well-known beaches, such as Playa Malpais and Playa Santa Teresa.
